Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Mossy and Mane website or booking services with our salon and spa in Fort Worth, Texas. By accessing this website, scheduling an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

This website is provided for general information, service details, appointment scheduling, and communication with Mossy and Mane. By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or interfere with the use of the site by others.

Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by text during open business hours. Booking a service with Mossy and Mane confirms your agreement to our service policies, pricing structure, and cancellation terms. We recommend booking in advance, as availability may be limited for certain services and dates.

Communications

By contacting Mossy and Mane, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, or providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you regarding your appointment, service information, reminders, updates, or other relevant business communications. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications.

Pricing and Service Changes

Prices, services, timing, and availability may change at any time without notice. Mossy and Mane reserves the right to update service offerings, discontinue services, or adjust pricing when necessary to reflect operational or business changes.

Deposit Policy

A $20 non-refundable deposit Is required to book all appointments. This deposit goes toward your total service cost. If you reschedule within the 24-hour window o your appointment, a new deposit is required and the original deposit is forfeited.

If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice and do not show up for your appointment, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will apply.

No odd1t1onal deposit is required if changes ore made before the 24-hour window.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at Mossy and Mane, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service.

If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice and do not show up for your appointment, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will apply.

All guests are responsible for canceling or rescheduling appointments online, by phone, or by text at 817-713-4909 during open business hours. We appreciate your cooperation, as this policy helps us provide the best possible service to every client.

No-Show Policy

No-shows ore charged 100% of the service total and may require full repayment before any future booking.

Repeated no-shows may result In being unable to book again.

Late Policy

There is a 10-minute grace penod for all appointments.

After 10 minutes: $10 late fee applies.

After 15 minutes: appointment is canceled and cancellation/no-show fees apply.

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated. Mossy and Mane reserves the right to require deposits for certain services, appointments, or special bookings.

Guest Policy

To maintain a calm and focused environment. no additional guests or children are allowed during appointments unless previously approved.

Health & Wellness

Please do not attend your appointment 1f you are feeling sick, contagious, or experiencing symptoms such as fever, coughing, or flu­like symptoms. This is for the safety of both clients and our staff.

Appointment Experience

Our goal is to provide a comfortable, relaxed, and un-rushed experience for every client. Please allow your full appointment time and plan accordingly so we con achieve the best results without feeling rushed.

Respectful Environment

A positive. respectful atmosphere is expected at all times. We strive to create a space that feels welcoming, calm, and enjoyable for everyone.

Lash Extensions Policy

Clients must arrive with:

  • No eye makeup (mascara.
  • Clean. product-free lashes & face
  • No contact lenses in at time of appointment
  • No leftover strip lashes or cluster lashes
  • No heavy oils or creams around the eye area
  • If lashes are not clean, a cleaning fee may be added or appointment time may be reduced
  • Fills must be booked within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment, depending on retention. Anything post 3 weeks will be considered a full set.
  • Fills require at least 50% of extensions remaining. Less than that will require a new set.
  • We do not fill foreign work. A removal + new set is required for all sets done by another tech.
  • Retention depends heavily on proper aftercare. Poor retention due to aftercare will still be subject to fill or full set pricing.

Nails Policy

FIiis ore only accepted on my work and must be booked within 3 weeks of your lost appointment to maintain nail health and structure.
  • Anything post 3 weeks will be considered a new set.
  • We do not perform foreign fills (no fills over another tech’s work). A soak-off+ new set is required.
  • Small fixes (chips or minor breaks) ore complimentary within 5- 7 days of your appointment.
  • Applies only to my work and normal wear (not damage from picking, trauma. or improper aftercare) .
  • After this window, repair pricing will apply.
  • Longevity of nails depends on proper aftercare.
  • Lifting or damage caused by misuse or neglect is not considered a free fix.
